Calendar Committee

Purpose: The Policy & Board Planning Calendars purpose are to define a road map providing an overview of cohesive planning, monitoring and serves as a record keeper.

How:

    1. The Calendar Committee confirms dates, Board of Director assignments and maintains any updates or changes thru the year for the Board Planning Calendar annually.

    2. The Policy Calendar is Policy and shall not change without a BOD vote.

    3. Each new year The Planning Calendar shall be updated by February Meeting.

    4. Anytime The Planning Calendar is updated it shall be posted with a “Date Updated” date.

    5. Anytime The Planning Calendar is updated posted a. On emailed to BOD and GM who may request a hard copy that the Calendar Committee will be responsible for getting into the requester’s CNFC mail box b. On posted on Google Docs
